The government of Georgia has reduced spending in responseto the currency crisis in the country.

Cut backs are planned on cars, furniture, infrastructure and petrol. 

"We suggest  to minimize financing for business trips. The assignment allowance should be reduced by 20 percent and we will use them only in the case of an emergency," stated President of National Bank Nodar Khaduri.
