Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia "condemns the signing so called Agreement which is directed against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia and leads to de facto annexation of the occupied Tskhinvali region".

In the statement published by the Ministry is underlined that so-called agreement on "Alliance and integration" which was signed between Russia and occupied Tskhinvali region is against international law and undermines fundamental principles of the Helsinki Act, such as the sovereign equality of states, inviolability of borders, territorial integrity and implementing obligations.
