The newly appointed Chairman of the Supreme Court commented on Irakli Garibashvili`s announcement about of Rustavi metallurgical Plant. On the eve of court session Prime Minister stated that seizure of plant was "subversive".

The Chairman of the Supreme Court underlined that the decision of Court of Appeal was independent.
