Gigi Ugulava plans to appeal to Constitutional Court

Gigi Ugulava will appeal to the Constitutional Court in the coming weeks, his lawyer- Beka Basilaia confirms information.

The lawyer says that the appeal is ready and it will be defense mechanism not only for Ugulava, but also for any citizen of Georgia.

" This is unconstitutional practice of incorrect interpretation of the law . Georgian constitution and constitutional court will put an end to this legal abomination," - said Beka Basialia.
