"international Transparency Georgia" says that the price of publishing the  article in the particular part of  "International New York Times " is 75 000  Euro. That"s how much probably Georgia had to pay for publishing the letter of David Usupashvili, the Chairperson of the Georgian Parliament.  The article " Saakashvili Prosecuted by his own past and not Putin"s accomplice " Ivanishvili" was published on  November 16. Usupashvili himself confirms that he is the author of article. He says the article was sent to the redaction of " agenda.ge". Usupashvili refuses that he paid to "International New York Times" and says it was surprise for him to see his letter in the magazine.
