Criminal Proceedings against Gigi Ugulava haven"t been suspended

The Judge has dismissed Gigi Ugulava`s lawyers` request to suspend the criminal prosecution of the former mayor,on the events of November 7.

The Judge announced a decision few minutes ago.

The criminal case brings together four episodes. They are connected to Badri Patarkatsishvili`s property, TV "Imedi", the park of Mtatsminda and the metallurgical plant of Rustavi. Fourth episode is events of 7th November.
