The Ministry of Internal Affairs detained a Chairman of the Abkhazian Council- Malkhaz Pataraia. Reportedly he was placing posters with the demand of early elections of Abkhazian Council in the streets.

According to " Courier" currently he is at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
