Lasha Bolkvadze-the Deputy Governor of KhuloMunicipality, and Archil Vanadze, the deputy chief of financial- economic Service of Batumi Municipality are charged with negligence.

According to investigation, the City Hall signed a contract with the company " Tony and Co" about reconstruction of the Zhilini channel. The Mayor"s office transferred an advanced payment - 1 972 289 GEL to the company. " Tony and Co" has represented the documents that they have spent 254 265 GEL for their work. Rather than launching the guarantee provided by the insurance company "Unison" , the Mayor"s Office transferred another 236 000 GEL to the company.
