The Chairman of the Georgian Parliamentary Defense and Security Committee doesn"t know whether he will attend the sitting of the Security Council. Irakli Sesiashvili says  that the agenda of the sitting hasn"t been planned properly. Mr. Sesiashvili states that the agenda of the sitting underlines that there are gaps in the legislation.
