The Minister for reconciliation and Civic Equality says that most of the members of Security Council won"t be able to attend the sitting cause they won"t be in Georgia." I suppose The Defense Minister won"t be in Georgia  at this time."- Paata Zaqareishvili said. He underlined that it is necessary to agree the date of the sitting.  The sitting is planned for October 28.  Two State Ministers and 3 heads of departments will attend the sitting.
