The Italian Investment group " Milan Investment" is the new owner 60 percents of the obligations of "Goodwill". Italian and Georgian specialists are in the Supervisory board. The administration of "Goodwill" plans to invite international experts and consultants. The representatives of the administration consider that in 2 months they will have new plan on finishing rehabilitation of the network.
