A person accused in illegal use of "BETEK"trademark

The Investigation Department of the Ministry of Finance presented criminal charges to a person for the illegal use of the trademark of "BETEK".

According to the investigation, the accused, bought several thousand empty bags with "BETEK" trademark and produced and sold counterfeit products across the country.
The criminal offense envisages 2 years of imprisonment.
