The Lawyer of Zhurab Zhvania"s security service"s former head informed Rustavi2 that the judge refused to consider tthe FBI report as an evidence. Koba Kharshiladze"s lawyer stated that according to the judge the authenticity of this report can not be confirmed and there is no basis for comparison with the original.

12 jurors participate in a closed process at the Tbilisi City Court. The judge is Eka Areshidze .
