The Lawyer of Zurab Zhvania"s guards says that the death of the Prime Minister was an accident.  Beka Basilaia stated that  " First of all Zurab Zhvania was a man and Kharshiladze"s friends ." As he underlined, Zhvania"s bodyguards couldn"t take any decision without his order.

" Can you imagine that Kharshiladze and Dzadzamia could take him somewhere without his order?  They implemented a command and it can not be considered as  negligence . Other guards who will be questioned at the court will also  affirm that Zurab Zhvania"s visits were permanent and he trusted only Dzazdzamia and Kharshiladze,"- Basilaia underlined.
