The Mayor"s office rejected the initiation of the NGOs to monitor the process of testing the employees of local self governance. " the Fair elections", "Young lawyers" association " and " International Transparency- Georgia" asked the mayor"s office to let them monitor the exams . According to the answer they have recieved from the major"s office the process will be held by the NationalExaminationsCenter. The Center permitted the NGOs to attend the first stage of Exams. But explained that they can"t give permission on monitoring of the second stage of exams.
