The Centre for Civil Involvement comments on the report of the Prime Minister . Lasha Giorgadze says that the Budget increase mustn"t be affected by the external  debts.  He underlined that during the last two years the  living wage has increased just 18%.  He stated that because of all the obligations the crisis will start in the country.
