Tbilisi Mayor, David Narmania, is inviting the Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, to Tbilisi.
News agency spreads the official letter in which the Mayor invites his Moscow counterpart to Tbilisi.
Narmania is inviting Sergei Sobyanin to the Olympiad.
The City Hall has not confirmed the information yet.
