5 defense officials will be charged today. None of them admits the guilt. The lawyers say that they have been arrested illegally. The lawyer of Nukri Kaishauri says that reasons of the arrest are still unknown.

The Criminal case is opened against the detained officials. The Prosecutor"s office accuses the detainees of embezzlement of more then 4 million GEL.
