The so-called Minister of  Foreign Affairs of  occupied Abkhazia – Viacheslav Chikirba delivered a speech at " Chatem House" on October 14.  In the announcement of so-called Ministry of foreign affairs of Abkhazia is mentioned that Mr. Chikirba has discussed development of Abkhazia as independent State and the progress of Geneva talks. According to  the information spread by the so-called ministry  the politicians , diplomats and non-governmental organizations attended the meeting. between them was the representative of the Embassy of Georgia.
