Irina Imerlishvili comments on the dividing the functions of the Security Council. The Secretary says that the draft will be discussed by the Parliament today. She underlines that the first draft was elaborated by her, but the higher legislative body will discuss the draft created by the President. According to changes the Security Council will be the body where the President with representatives of the Government and the Parliament will discuss different most important issues.
