The Prosecutor"s office received the announcement from the Defense Ministry in the morning. Irakli Alasanya demands to transfer all the materials on the case of detained defense officials According to the official procedure the copies or the originals of the documents should be sent to the Ministry of defense. The Ministry will represent the documents to the Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Internal affairs. The department has the right to declare that materials aren"t secret any more.
