According to the decision of the PM of Georgia  The Crisis Management Council will plan the policy of National Security. The draft initiated by the government have been discussed today at the parliament. According to the draft the Parliament has to adopt the law about "planning policy of National Security and coordination." The draft says that the elements of national Security are state defense, foreign security. ecological and energetic security, order and informational security. According to the draft  the security policy will be planned by the  security and crisis management council which will work under the guidance of the PM of the country.
