The Assistant of the Prime Minister will become the secretary of Security and Crisis management Council. The changes will be proceeded according to the draft initiated by the government.  The draft says that the Secretary of the council will be accountable only before the Prime Minister. He will be appointed and dismissed by the PM.  The body will fulfill the obligations of the Security Council.
