At the trial of Gigi Ugulava, the judge has not satisfied the third motion of prosecution. The prosecutor requestedto review the decision of the Constitutional Court in the Court of Appeal.

The defense is demanding again the release of Ugulava.

Gigi Ugulava`s trial is still underway.The bailiffs and the police who have currently formed a human shield, are mobilized in the courtroom.

At the trial the prosecution has filed three motions;to challenge the judge, examining the protocol on the basis of which the hearing was scheduled and the Court of Appeal hearing. The court has rejected all motions.
