Bacho Akhalaia will protect his rights without lawyers. The judge has satisfied a motion.

A few minutes ago Bacho Akhalaia addressed the judge to take a decision on motion, according to which Davit Kukhianidze may be re-questioned . As the former Defense Minister stated, Kukhianidze was under a pressure.

Akhalaia hasn"t named the reasons, he just stated that is going to defend himself. He was sentenced to 6 years and 7 months of imprisonment on the case of Navtlugi Operation.
