GYILA has appealed to the court on issue of the Mirza Shaf project. They tried to find out if a criminal case and investigation have been launched already, but  they haven"t received response from the chief prosecutor. GYLA representatives state that such actions violate the law.

According to GYLA , many facts of violation of the law and harassment of the cultural heritage have been unveiled since 2010, but none of them were investigated properly.
