Zurab Tkemaladze assessed the Constitutional Court"s decision as "unfair," but said that the ruling team will obey this decision. The statement was made by MP to Courier who said that the Parliament was waiting for a written explanation from the Constitutional Court inorder to determine what was the basis the decision.
