A trial of Mdinara Giorgobiani, Judge Urtmelidze"s mother will be held at the City Court today.

Judge Tamaz Urtmelidze mother is charged  under the Criminal Code, Article 111, Article 118, Part 1 which implies  serious premeditated damage of health.

According to the investigation the incident occurred on January 7, 2014.

Mdinara Giorgobiani, Judge Urtmelidze"s mother has been accused  of wounding his son-in-law with an ax after one year and nine months from the incident.

Lawyers believe that the criminal case was launched  to control Judge Urtmelidze and his decision in regard to Rustavi2.
