Tbilisi City Court satisfied Bachana Akhalaia"s request to postpone the trial.

Akhalaia said that he wants to attach the report of the Council of Europe as evidence to the criminal case, for which he needs to postpone the process. He asked for time to translate the document .

The representative of the Prosecutor"s Office was rejecting the request, but the court granted a motion and the process was appointed for January 27.
