"We read the statement of the President of the Russian Federation on the possible cancellation of the visa regime for citizens of Georgia. We believe that this is a step in the right direction.”

Irakli Garibashvili underlines that, -“As you know, our government in 2011 cancelled visa requirement for Russian citizens. This year we have even prolonged the period of stay for Russians in Georgia, because we are interested the number of tourists to increase, and as far as possible to facilitate contacts between people.”
