" Concerns , anger and  investigation  are no longer an adequate response to such degenerated individuals who created, edited and saved, and now releases such material.

I appeal to the Prosecutor"s Office, the police and security service chiefs, to look straight at reality and admit that we can not deal with this problem with  traditional methods of investigation. Therefore, I offer you to  apply emergency measures  and consider such cases as  moral terror acts directed against the whole society. Consequently, we should  fight against such crime as well as the fight against terrorism:

A)  Appeal to the international anti-terror networks for technical assistance. 

B) Set  million GEL and  full guarantee of protection of their conspiracy for persons who  will lead the investigation to the criminals.
