"Occupied South Ossetia will sign the Agreement with Russia at the beginning of 2015"- Anatoly Bibilov says.   The so-called chairman of the Parliament of Occupied Ossetia says that the document will be more integrated than the treaty signed between Russia and occupied Abkhazia.   The document is being developed and will be ready at the beginning of 2015.
