James Appathurai had a meeting with the Free Democrats" leaders.  An informal meeting was   attended by Irakli Alasania, Alex Petriashvili and Maya Panjikidze. The consultations between the former ministers and NATO Secretary General"s Special Representative was also attended  by the head of the NATO Liaison Office in Georgia, William  Lahiu.

The recent political developments in Georgia and the region"s security challenges were  discussed  at the meeting. Alasania informed Appathurai about the party"s future plans as well. The meeting lasted for more than two hours.
