"This agreement will be a continuation of the basic document, which was signed practically in a state of war," - the statement was made by Leonid Tibilov,  the leader of the occupation regime, on the planned signing of  agreement with Russia,

According to him, there are new challenges in the world today and it is a factor defining their decision to sign the new agreement.

 "I want to note that we are working on the draft of the agreemnt together  with the Russian Federation. I am going tomorrow to to consult the political council and examine the documents, "- said the president, noting that the so-called South Ossetian parliament and the government will invite representatives of various fields  to design projects that fits their interests.
