" Enguri Hess is on our territory, it should belong to Abkhazian people"- Raul Khajimba stated.  He underlined that still isn"t clear if Abkhazia uses 40 percents of the Hess.

" We should know if we have the opportunity to use these 40 percents.

" The President and the government must work on this issue, elaborate documentation and make decisions about the ownership of Enguri Hess." _ Raul Khajimba stated. He also underlined that this are very complicated issues and they can"t be solved in short period of time. But it is possible to find solution.
