The Former Security Minister names the reasons why would be inappropriate to separate the Security bloc from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He says that the process will be connected with the expenses and problems with subordination.

" In terms of management there will be problems. there will be questions of subordination. Will be problems with human rights because now they will have two offices with the permission on eavesdropping"- Mr. Khaburdzania underlined.
