The   head of Kakheti information center Gela Mtivlishvili leaves the Special Preventive Group of Public Defender"s Office. He said that he and the group members cannot   properly perform  the monitoring of prisons.

Mtivlishvli  told "Rustavi 2" that he took this  decision after the last meeting, where group of members  had a rather unpleasant conversation with the staff of the Public Defender"s Office.

" Important for me  is the freedom of expression  and not someone"s,  no matter whose, private interests, I did not live during the Komsomol  period and and have no desire to live and work in  Komsomol spirit. "- says Mtivlishvili
