The trial of Vano Merabishvili will be held today in Tbilisi City Court.
The case concerns the beating of Valeri Gelashvili.. The prosecution is scheduled to deliver a speech. Former Minister of Internal Affairs is accused in organizing the incident.

The former president, Mikhail Saakashvili is being accused of involvement in the case as well. Irakli Kodua and George Siradze are declared wanted for the beating of Gelashvili.
