The Analyst Khatuna Lagazidze comments on the text of the agreement between Russia and occupied  South Ossetia. She states that de facto leaders of Tskhinvali are employees of Russian Security Service. 

Khatuna Lagazidze underlines that the draft of agreement confirms that the ongoing process in Tskhinvali will have the same consequences as annexation of Crimea.

 The Agreement will be signed on 25th February,2015. The Draft of the document was published by Russian media today.
