Attack on Nika Gvaramia- Rati Gachechiladze is charged

Rati Gachechiladze has been charged for attack on a Director General of Rustavi2 . The Prosecutor"s Office is going to appeal to the City Court with a detention request.

According to the lawyer of Rati Gachechiladze, he admits the attack on Nika Gvaramia, However the lawyer states that the controversy was provoked by Gia Gvaramia and his friends.

Investigation on the attack on Nika Gvaramia is underway under the first part of the article 126 which envisages beating or other form of violence.
