City Court started discussion of preventive measuresfor Rati Gachechiladze

The City Court has started the discussion of preventive measures for Rati Gachechiladze. The defense is asking not impose preventive measures for the accused or is ready to pay 1000 as a collateral.

The prosecutor`s office is known to rquire asa bail of 5000 GEL bail secured securing by detention, which means that Gachechiladze will be able to leave the prison only after payment.

Gachechiladze`s family members and relatives are attending the process in the Court .
