Secretary General of European Council holds meetings in Tbilisi. Thorbjorn Jagland is holding a meeting with a Chairman of the parliament. He has held first meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs. , after which a joint statement was made.

They have discussed occupied territories at the first meeting.
" It is very important for us to be present on the ground and spread information about what is happening. Personally I prepare a report twice a year. Would be better if we manage to deploy permanent observer mission on the ground, to have more accurate information, ann have access to this territory,"- said Thorbjorn Jagland .
