GPB"s Board asks Vasil Maglapheridze to give them a week to offer him a new mechanism for assessment.

The meeting of the board members with Vasil Maghlapheridze has finished. An Action plan, offered by GPB"s Director General was discussed at the meeting.

After the meeting Mr. Maglapheridze underlined that the main accent was to determine ratings for the broadcaster. According to him, the broadcaster"s quality should be determined by studies and ratings.

Some board members do not agree with the management"s plan. They believe that the Public Broadcaster"s quality should be determined in a different way. They have asked Vasil Maghlapheridze to give them a week in order to elaborate another mechanism.
