According to the survey, on a question - how would you assess the government"s activities one percent responds very well, 9 % assesses it positively , assessment of 52% is average, 23% assess it negatively while 12 % say that the government works extremely badly.

The research focuses mainly on the population"s attitude towards the population"s attitude in regard to local self-government and legislation adopted by Parliament.
