The Prosecutor’s Office has charged former chief prosecutor Mamuka Gvaramia and former deputy head of the National Bureau of Forensic Expertise Rostom Lazaria in relation with the Zurab Zhvania and Raul Usupov case. The Prosecutor`s Office confirms the information. In a special announcement published on the web-site of the office is reported that Gvaramia and Lazaria are accused of abuse of power and falsification of evidence

The crime is punishable with imprisonment from 3 to 7 years.
