Files in Yuri Vazagashvili Case handed to lawyer of Sosanashvili

Materials in Yuri Vazagashvili Case have been given to the lawyer of suspect Gia Sosanashvili. The lawyer, Soso Joglidze, says he will examine the evidence today.

The lawyer says that the Prosecutor`s Office will address the court about taking measures to prevent Sosanashvili from going on the run.

Gia Sosanashvili was arrested yesterday. He was charged with the murder of Yuri Vazagashvili. The investigation was launched under the article 109 of Georgian law.
