Member of United National Movement (UNM) Giorgi Kandelaki has commented on the reaction of Georgian PM Irakli Garibashvili to Russian Diplomat Konstantin Kosachev`s announcement. Kosachev had stated that Abkhazia and Tskhinvali region shouldn`t be a part of Georgia because Stalin gifted them to Russia. Kandelaki stated that this announcement needs a response.

" We hoped that the Formal Premier of Georgia would respond to the announcement and say that Abkhazia and Tskhinval were regions of Georgia when Russia occupied them."
