"We have been able to agree on some major issues," stated Russian President Vladimir Putin after the meeting of the "Normand Four" in Minsk.

It should be noted that Putin held his briefing of the talks only for the Russian media and refused to speak to any other media representatives.

The achieved ceasefire agreement will enter into force on 15 February.

French President Francois Hollande said that the agreement has not reached all issues.

The official talks between Ukraine, France, Germany and Russia began yesterday and ended a few minutes ago.
