The police have arrested Turkish citizen Yusuf O. at a border checkpoint today. Authorities found 9,600 Tramadol pills in his car. Tramadol is a synthetic opiate often given to domestic animals in pain.  
The truck was reportedly on its way to Armenia, an investigation into the matter is underway.
