Moscow has released an official statement, saying that the appointment of former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili as Petro Poroshenko`s advisor has no perspectives. Head of the International Committee of the Federation Council Konstrantine Kosachev said that the Ukrainian government`s decision defies logic, common sense and the country`s national interests.
